Wonderful Diving (萬德福潛水) is a PADI-authorized dive training center in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, registered as PADI center number S-27878. It issues only PADI certifications, recognized in 186 countries, and teaches exclusively the PADI curriculum without cross-certifying other systems. Classes are kept small, with instructors of 5+ years' experience and a maximum instructor-to-student ratio of 1:4. The center guarantees its diving course is taught in full without being shortened, running four full practical days plus flexible extra time; after certification, instructors take graduates out on further dive trips. Member perks include 4 free tanks of practice within six months of finishing the Open Water course. The center's PADI Open Water Diver course follows a distinctive "4+1 day" structure: PADI's official standard requires completing at least 48 core skills, but Wonderful Diving extends training to a full 4 days of practical skill work and expands the curriculum to around 60 detailed skills. The center also retains a diving-medicine specialist physician as a standing company consultant.
