Honest answers

How is this free?

Free for divers, always. For dive centers a basic listing is free and we take no commission — clients contact and pay you directly. Optional premium plans (more visibility and Featured placement) are available for operators who want them.

Do I need an account to book?

To browse — no. To send a booking enquiry to a dive center — yes, a free account, mainly so the center can write back to you. We never share your email, never spam.

Who do I pay — you or the dive center?

The dive center, directly. We don't process payments, don't hold deposits, don't charge cards. You pay them through their normal channel (cash on site, bank transfer, PayPal, whatever they accept). No middleman tax.

What if something goes wrong on the dive?

First — diving with a verified center is overwhelmingly safe. Second — operators we list are independently licensed and insured. If you have a problem (cancellation, refund, dispute), it's between you and the operator; we'll help mediate when asked, but we're not a contract party.

How do I know a dive center is verified?

Every listed center is reviewed before publication. Status badge shows the agency they teach for (PADI, SSI, NAUI, CMAS) and their country/region. Centers can publish gear, languages, dive sites and services — but we cross-check website and registration before they go live.
