Wetu Safaris is a diving and adventure company based in Umkomaas on South Africa's Aliwal Shoal, a reef rated among the world's top spots for close shark encounters and home to ragged-tooth sharks in winter. The centre runs reef and wreck scuba dives (including two wreck sites plus a third for technical divers), shark diving, free diving, and SSI scuba certification courses, alongside land-based adventures such as the Sardine Run, safaris and river cruises.
