WeDive-Lagos is a dive centre based at the marina in Lagos, on Portugal's Algarve coast, run by a multicultural team of SSI, PADI and TDI instructors. Training runs from a first taste of scuba (Try Scuba, Discover Scuba Diving) through the full course ladder: Open Water, Advanced Open Water, Deep Diving, Wreck Diving, Dry Suit, Night & Limited Visibility, Stress & Rescue, Independent Diving, Perfect Buoyancy, Navigation, Search & Recovery, Photo & Video and Boat Diving, plus knowledge-only courses such as Nitrox 40/32 and Science of Diving. Professional-track programmes are also offered (Divemaster, Assistant Instructor, Instructor Training Course), along with technical training, extended-range and rebreather courses, a kids' Scuba Rangers programme and marine-ecology courses. For those not ready to dive, the centre runs snorkelling trips and boat excursions to the Ponta da Piedade headland. Diving out of Lagos runs year-round at depths from 8 to 35 metres for all experience levels, covering life-encrusted walls, archaeological sites and the well-known sunken wrecks of Ocean Revival Park (4 vessels at 28-33m), the caves and grottos of Ponta da Piedade, and rock formations such as Pedras Altas and Martelo.
