About
Tauchen Marsa Alam is a German-run dive school on Egypt's Red Sea coast, offering PADI, CMAS and SSI diving in German. Guests can dive straight from the beach at house reef sites such as Marsa Egla, Marsa Mubarak, Marsa Shouna and Abu Dabbab, known for its turtles and dugongs, or join boat trips to Elphinstone Reef and the Dolphin House reefs of Samadai and Shaab Sataya, plus wreck dives on the Salem Express. The school runs Discover Scuba and refresher dives for newcomers and returning divers, snorkeling trips for non-divers, and a full course ladder from Junior Open Water and Open Water Diver through Advanced, Rescue Diver, Nitrox and Divemaster under PADI, alongside CMAS one-, two- and three-star certifications. Multi-day beach diving packages scale from a single day up to ten days of diving, and all equipment provided is kept sterile.
