Sunset Divers is the official PADI Dive Center (S-29770) in Port Barton, a quieter alternative to El Nido and Coron on Palawan's coast in the Philippines. The team runs small-group dive trips to nearby sites such as Shark Point, Royalist Shoal and Middle Rock, plus a relaxed late-afternoon sunset dive, with all gear included and dives ended on the diver's air rather than a fixed clock. Equipment and compressors are maintained in-house by an ASSET/IDEST-certified technician. Beginners can try Discover Scuba Diving with no certification required, while the shop also runs the full PADI course ladder on-site: Open Water, Advanced Open Water, Enriched Air Nitrox, Rescue Diver, Emergency First Response and Emergency Oxygen Provider, and Divemaster professional training, each led by PADI instructors in small groups of up to four divers per guide. Lunch is served on the boat or on a nearby island for the longer trips.
