SPOT Freedive School is a freediving school based at Porto de Abrigo de Sesimbra, Portugal, led by an AIDA International instructor. It offers a range of apnea/freediving courses from beginner to instructor level, private lessons, and specialty courses for wave-sport practitioners such as surfers and bodyboarders. Regular activities include Try Freedive sessions, snorkeling and boat trips.
