Southern Cross Club is a dive resort on Little Cayman, founded in 1958 and one of the pioneers of diving on the island, having discovered and named many of its dive sites. Its dive department is led by a dive manager with over 33 years of diving experience and more than 11,000 logged dives, and offers all PADI certification options. The resort runs two custom dive boats, Lucky Lady (36' Newton) and Lucky Devil (36' Sea Hawk), with a maximum of 15 and 14 guests. Little Cayman offers shallow reefs and sheer vertical walls, three marine protected areas, international shark sanctuary status, average visibility of 80-100 feet and generally little to no current. Course offerings include PADI Discover Scuba Diving, Open Water Diver, Advanced Open Water Diver, Emergency First Response, Rescue Diver, Dive Master, Specialty courses and the Reactivate refresher program.
