Sea Dragon Dive Center has operated in Khao Lak, Thailand since 1993, making it the area's first and longest-established dive center. It is a small, friendly PADI 5-Star IDC facility with over 35,000 divers trained and a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence held for 15 consecutive years. Multi-lingual instructors teach in small groups (max 4 students, 2 for Discover Scuba Diving) with free hotel transfers, fully serviced equipment included, and an on-site pool for flexible scheduling. The center owns and operates its own liveaboard, the MV Andaman, for trips to the Similan and Surin Islands, and also runs day trips to local reefs and wrecks around Khao Lak. Courses range from Discover Scuba Diving and Open Water for beginners through Advanced, Rescue/EFR and Scuba Refresher, up to professional Divemaster and Instructor Development Course (IDC) training.
