Scuba Lanka is a dive operator based at French Garden, Alles Garden in Trincomalee, operating since 2002. The center runs guided fun diving with a choice of a morning two-tank dive or an afternoon one-tank dive, and daily boat trips to Pigeon Island for snorkeling and swimming among vibrant coral reefs, running from mid-March to the end of October. It offers the full PADI course ladder from Bubblemaker and Discover Scuba Diving through Junior Open Water, Open Water, Advanced Open Water, Medic First Aid, Rescue Diver and Divemaster, plus specialty courses including Deep Diver, Wreck Diver, Underwater Naturalist, Night Diver, Underwater Photographer, and Search and Recovery. Beyond diving, Scuba Lanka also runs whale and dolphin watching trips (in season, March to May for whales and March to October for dolphins), snorkeling and swimming trips to Mavi Island, fishing trips out of Bentota and Trincomalee, and a range of water-sport activities including windsurfing, banana boat rides, tube rides, water skiing, wakeboarding and paragliding, plus equipment rental.
