Savedra Dive Center is located on Panagsama Beach in Moalboal, Cebu, Philippines. Founded in 1983 by German diver Manfred Langer, it was one of the first dive centers in Moalboal; since 1995 it has been run by Seven Seas Aquanauts Phil. Corp. Today it is a PADI 5 Star Career Development Centre (CDC) and a credited TecRec technical dive center, training divers from beginner to divemaster and instructor level (IDC). The center runs five scheduled boat trips daily plus shore dives, with sites including Pescador Island, the Moalboal sardine run and reef-shark day trips to Sumilon Island. Nitrox (32%/36%), sidemount and technical diving are offered, and the center supports the Moalboal Turtle Project. Cancellation policy: Fun dives: 24-hour cancellation notice = full refund; no show = 50% refund. Courses: refund for PADI course modules not completed, no refunds for completed modules; e-learning materials are charged and remain with the student; PADI referral given for completed modules. Dive safaris: up to 60 days before departure full refund; 59-31 days 20% forfeited; 30-14 days 50% forfeited; within 14 days no refund. Transfers: 24-hour notice full refund, under 24 hours no refund. Affiliated resort bookings have their own policies (Tipolo: free up to 30 days, 50% within 29-14 days, 100% within 14 days/no-show; Marcosas: full charge within 7 days/no-show).
