Pintuyan Dive Resort is a small beach resort on Panaon Island, in Pintuyan, Southern Leyte, built around access to Panaon's more than 30 dive sites and to twice-daily whale shark watching trips. The resort describes itself as intentionally small, aiming to integrate divers and whale shark watchers into the surrounding nature rather than run mass-market tours, with a stated mission to protect rather than burden the local environment. Its pool is filled with non-chlorinated water sourced from the mountains, and the beach, while rocky in places, is kept clean. A restaurant on site serves guests staying at the resort. Diving and whale shark encounters are booked directly through the resort, which sits in Barangay Caubang along the Liloan-San Ricardo road.
