Phuket Dive Center is a PADI dive operator based in Chalong, Phuket, running daily boat day trips and courses across the Andaman Sea for more than 2500 completed trips over the years. Day trips head out to Racha Noi/Yai, the King Cruiser wreck and Shark Point, and Phi Phi Island, each with two to three dives plus hotel transfer and lunch, and the same trips are open to snorkellers as non-diver guests. The PADI course line-up spans Discover Scuba Diving and Scuba Diver through Open Water, Advanced Open Water, Rescue Diver, Deep Diver and Enriched Air Nitrox specialties, EFR and Peak Performance Buoyancy, taught at the diver's own pace by an instructor team that also runs regular reef clean-up campaigns and an environmental seminar in every beginner course. The center additionally operates its own liveaboard, the MV Mandarin Queen, for multi-day trips further north to Koh Bon, Koh Tachai, Surin and Richelieu Rock.
