Orca Dive Club was founded in 2008 by veteran instructor and underwater filmmaker Anees Adenwala, a pioneer of scuba diving in India with more than 30 years and 15,000+ dives, who set up one of Lakshadweep's earliest dive centres in 1996. Based in Worli, Mumbai, the PADI 5 Star dive club offers PADI training programs, pool training within the city, and dive trips for divers of all levels to sites in India and abroad. The team, led by Anees alongside co-founder Shameen Adenwala, focuses on building a strong local diving community and offers Mermaiding instruction through its sister venture Orca Merjestic.
