About
O'kean is the oldest dive center in Tula, founded in 2004, with instructors holding international certification and more than 20 years of diving experience. The center trains divers under PADI, CMAS and the Russian RUF/DOSAAF systems, from a first pool try-dive through Open Water, Advanced, Rescue Diver and Divemaster, and is notable for its adaptive diving program for people with disabilities and its "Diving for Heroes" program.
