Oceanside Scuba and Swim is a full-service PADI 5-Star IDC dive center in Oceanside, California (225 Brooks Street) and describes itself as North County's only such facility. Serving the local SCUBA and snorkeling community since July 2024, it teaches scuba classes from Bubble Maker through Dive Instructor, plus freediving instruction led by record holder Johnny Carabajal. The shop also runs group travel, including an Egypt & Red Sea tour in October 2026.
