Oceanika is a PADI dive centre based on Eden Island, Mahé, Seychelles, led by Daniel, Chief Diving Instructor. The centre offers guided exploration dives to coral reefs, coral walls, caves, and wrecks around Mahé and Eden Island, with marine life including whale sharks, turtles, potato groupers, and rays. PADI courses are available for all levels, from introductory dives through Open Water Diver to advanced certifications, with PADI eLearning theory available before arrival. The centre operates seven days a week by appointment using a new, certified boat equipped with Mares wetsuits, masks, fins, snorkels, tanks, and regulators. Oceanika also runs an NGO that collects abandoned FADs (fish aggregating devices) discarded by the tuna industry to protect coral reefs.
