Ocean Echo SCUBA is a boutique PADI dive center run by two instructors in Machangulo, Mozambique. It offers guided dives to local sites such as Baixo Danae (shallow wrecks), Ray Alley (soft coral reef) and Baixo de Santa Maria (deep pinnacle), in small groups with an emphasis on safety and marine conservation.
