E-Ocean Diving Club (縱橫四海潛水俱樂部) is headquartered in Onna Village, Okinawa, Japan, with a liaison office in Taichung, Taiwan, serving Chinese-, English- and Japanese-speaking guests. Trips are run in small groups by licensed instructors to Okinawa's best-known dive and snorkel sites, including the Cape Maeda Blue Cave, the Coral Garden and Clownfish Castle, the Yamada coral restoration reef, and whale-shark snorkel encounters. Both snorkeling and scuba options are offered for guests without a certification, alongside guided dives for certified divers. The club also runs PADI Open Water certification courses in small classes, completed in as few as three days, and separately offers visa, relocation and investment consulting for clients doing business or moving to Japan.
