About
Neptune Diving Resorts is a PADI Five Star Instructor Development (IDC) Resort in Cebu, Philippines, with two locations: Moalboal (9 rooms, on Panagsama Beach) and Santander (4 rooms, near Sumilon Island). In Moalboal the resort sits on the Tanon Strait opposite Pescador Island, home to the famous sardine run just off the house reef, drift-diveable walls, and sunset shore dives to see mandarin fish; a cavern on Pescador's west side is known as "the Cathedral". In Santander the resort is a short trip from Sumilon Island, the first marine protected area in the Philippines (est. 1974), with occasional black-tip shark sightings. The dive team has over 20 years' experience diving Moalboal, and training runs under an in-house PADI Course Director, from Discover Scuba Diving through Open Water, Advanced Open Water, Rescue, specialty courses, Divemaster and Instructor Development (IDC), taught by an international staff of PADI professionals. An in-house travel desk arranges transfers, accommodation and dive tours. Each resort has its own Tan-Aw restaurant (formerly Lantaw) serving Asian-influenced resort cuisine.
