NAMA Freediving Phuket is a Molchanovs freediving school based in Cape Panwa, Phuket, offering the full Molchanovs course ladder from a half-day Discover Freediving introduction through Beginner (Wave 1), Advanced (Wave 2) and Master (Wave 3) certifications, alongside a la carte open-water depth training, pool training (static apnea, dynamic apnea and deep-pool sessions in Rawai's 5-metre pool), a freediving day trip to Koh Racha Yai, and a junior freediving programme for children and teenagers (ages 4-16) with optional Molchanovs Junior Lap/Wave certifications. Courses are kept small, with a maximum instructor-to-student ratio of 1:3.
