Minnesota School of Diving (MSD), established in 1959, runs two dive shops offering the full PADI course lineup from Discover Scuba through Divemaster, local fun dives and events (including underwater pumpkin carving), dive travel trips, and equipment sales, rental and service. Owner Bill Matthies, PADI Instructor #79, is one of the lowest-numbered active PADI instructors in the world.
