The Marine Centre at Dhawa Ihuru is a PADI 5-Star Gold Palm Dive Centre on Ihuru Island in North Male Atoll, about 25 minutes by speedboat from Velana International Airport. The resort's own facilities page lists diving courses, equipment rental, guided dives and dive trips run out of the Marine Centre, open 8:00am-5:00pm, alongside the wider water-sports side of the same facility (windsurfing, catamaran sailing and kayaking, including a named Kahan'bu Catamaran outing through the surrounding reef).
