Long Tai Diving Academy (Lian An Diving Club) is a full-service dive centre in Nankai District, Tianjin, located on the ground floor of the Olympic Swimming and Diving Hall on Hongqi South Road. It covers dive training, certification, dive travel, and equipment sales and servicing. Its North China training base features a 5.5 m deep, heated, ozone-disinfected competition-grade pool. A team of five Chinese and international instructors teaches in several languages across PADI, SSI, PASI and CMAS systems, with courses from Open Water, Advanced Open Water and Rescue Diver to Nitrox, freediving and IDC instructor development. The centre also takes on engineering and commercial diving work, has trained Chinese astronauts in diving, and has supported underwater filming and salvage projects. It runs established dive-travel routes, has two branches in Tianjin and a 24-hour hotline.
