Las Galeras Divers is a PADI dive school in the village of Las Galeras, on the Samaná peninsula in the northeast of the Dominican Republic. Run by French-speaking PADI instructors Cedric and Cathy, it keeps groups small — a maximum of six divers per boat — and offers everything from discover scuba and PADI courses (Scuba Diver, Open Water, Advanced Open Water) to fun and night dives. The area's 20+ sites include coral gardens and labyrinths, caves, walls, a wreck and the renowned Piedra Bonita at Cabo Cabron, with turtles, rays and giant barracudas. 15+ years of experience.
