Karma Dives is a PADI-affiliated dive centre on Queensland's Fraser Coast, based at Shop 1 Mantra, Buccaneer Drive, Urangan. Director Mark Davies, a Master Freedive Instructor and IDC Staff Scuba Instructor, leads a team offering both freediving and scuba courses for all skill levels. Freediving programmes run from Basic Freediver (pool certification) through Level 1 Certified Freediver (ocean and pool) to Level 2 Advanced Freediver. Scuba options cover the full PADI progression: Theory and Pool introduction, ReActivate refresher, Open Water, Advanced Open Water, Rescue Diver, Specialty Diver, and Divemaster. Personal one-on-one training and youth groups for ages 13–18 are available. Ocean dives take place at Simpson Reef, reached by boat. An on-site shop at Great Sandy Straits Marina stocks dive gear and can order items within 48 hours.
