Islas Secas is a luxury private island resort in Panama's Gulf of Chiriquí, home to a PADI-registered dive centre operating across 20+ sites within its protected archipelago. The Gulf of Chiriquí is one of the most biodiverse corners of the Eastern Tropical Pacific, with white-tipped reef sharks, eagle rays, humpback whales, and over 750 marine species. Sites range from sheltered coral gardens for beginners to volcanic pinnacles and walls at up to 35 m for technical divers. PADI courses available include Discover Scuba, Open Water (from age 10), Advanced Open Water, and specialty courses such as Peak Performance Buoyancy and Deep Diver. One certified dive per day is included in the resort stay; up to three dives daily are available with Scuba Pro equipment.
