Isla Marisol Resort Belize

About

Isla Marisol Resort is a PADI dive resort set on Southwest Caye of Glover's Reef Atoll, a protected marine park and UN World Heritage Site about 36 miles off the coastal town of Dangriga, Belize. The island hosts up to 32 guests in 12 beach cabanas and two oceanfront reef houses, with diving, snorkeling, kayaking and world-class saltwater fishing just steps from the sand. Local diving runs every day inside Glover's Reef Atoll, with three dives daily and night dives offered each night. Most dive sites are only 5 to 15 minutes from the resort, so boat rides are short and bottom times are long. Divers explore healthy coral gardens and spectacular walls alongside eagle rays, turtles, eels, dolphins, huge sponges and dense schools of reef fish. The resort offers Enriched Air (Nitrox up to 36%) and PADI Enriched Air Diver certification, and the dive packages suit every level of diver from age 8 and up. For larger groups, guided trips to the famous Blue Hole and the Snapper Aggregation are arranged, along with whale shark dives during the full moon from March through June at the nearby Gladden Spit Marine Reserve. Committed to the conservation and sustainability of Glover's Reef Atoll, Isla Marisol pairs safe diving practices with a genuinely remote Caribbean island escape.
