International Diving School is a family-run PADI, CMAS and UDI dive operator with two seasonal centres in Sri Lanka: Hikkaduwa (October to April) at Coral Sands Hotel, and Nilaveli, Trincomalee (May to September) at Pigeon Island Beach Resort. Founded in 1989, the school has over 30 years of experience and offers Discover Scuba Diving, PADI courses from Open Water to Divemaster, boat dives to more than 15 dive sites around Hikkaduwa and 10 around Trincomalee, snorkeling, and whale/dolphin watching trips. Marine life in the area includes barracudas, manta rays, dolphins, blue whales and whale sharks.
