Hawaii Eco Divers is a PADI dive and surf-safety operator based in Haleiwa, on Oahu's North Shore, run by instructor Ricardo. It runs guided scuba and snorkel tours around the North Shore, West Oahu and Honolulu (including reef and wreck sites such as the Sea Tiger and San Pedro), offers PADI certification courses, and teaches an apnea/big-wave surf-survival course.
