Fun & Sun Dive & Travel has operated since 1985 and describes itself as one of the pioneer dive centers on Malapascua Island, Cebu, Philippines, with its dive shop and own accommodation at Bounty Beach and a separate head office in Mandaue City, Cebu. The company emphasises safety, environmental respect and professionalism, and lists partnerships with Cousteau Divers, Ocean Quest, Green Fins and Shark Education. It runs PADI scuba courses from beginner to Divemaster (with a PADI eLearning option for theory) and fun diving out to Malapascua's signature sites, including Kimud Shoal and Monad Shoal (known for thresher and other shark sightings) and Gato Island, described as a macro-life site. Separately from diving, the operator also runs private and group island-hopping boat trips departing from a pier beside the Movenpick Resort in Mactan, covering snorkeling at marine sanctuaries (San Vicente, Hilutungan, Nalusuan), sandbar visits, dolphin watching and sunset cruises, typically combined with a BBQ lunch or an optional Discovery Scuba Dive.
