Frog Dive Scuba Centres is a PADI dive shop and training centre based on Victoria Road in Gladesville, Sydney, with over 35 years' experience teaching people to dive. Courses run from Discover Scuba pool and ocean try-dives through the full PADI Open Water Diver programme, held over three days with a full day in the heated training pool followed by ocean dives at sites such as Clifton Gardens in Mosman and Shelly Beach in Manly. The centre's philosophy is unlimited training, letting students redo pool or ocean sessions at no extra cost until they feel confident. Beyond the beginner course, Frog Dive offers the full continuing-education range, including Advanced Open Water, Rescue Diver, Enriched Air Nitrox, Divemaster and Instructor Development, plus technical diving on the SDI/TDI system and rebreather training on the Poseidon Se7en and Hollis Prism 2. A retail store on site sells scuba, spearfishing, freediving and snorkelling gear, and the centre also runs a dive calendar of guided local shore dives, gear hire and dive travel to holiday destinations.
