Freediving Africa is a freediving and spearfishing school based in Salt River, Cape Town, opened in 2019 by AIDA Master Instructors Tamsyn Signe and Matt Stow. The school runs AIDA freediver courses (AIDA 2, AIDA 3 and AIDA 4 Master Freediver) and NAUI Freediver and Intermediate Freediver courses with NAUI international certification, alongside spearfishing courses and AIDA depth competition safety training. Freediving Africa is also the South African distributor of Bestdive freediving wetsuits.
