Freedive Greece is a freediving and spearfishing academy based in Athens, founded by champion athletes and freediving instructors. The school runs a structured progression of freediving courses: Breathwork Performance, an introductory workshop on breathing and physical adaptation; Apnea Introduction, static-apnea pool sessions; the Freediving Masterclass covering technique, relaxation, buoyancy and equalization to depths of 8-22 m; Unlock Freediving for depths up to 30 m; and Deep Master for experienced freedivers diving beyond 35 m.
