For AIDA 3 graduates: physics/physiology, decompression sickness, nitrogen narcosis, lung squeeze, spirometry, training, rescue and alternate-weight dives. Dive depth 32-40m, static apnea 3min30, dynamic apnea 70m. Graduates become AIDA instructor assistants.
