Frank's Dive Center is a PADI 5 Star Dive Resort and dive shop in Mulheim an der Ruhr, in Germany's Ruhr region, led by PADI Course Director Frank Hilgenberg. It runs the full course ladder from try-dives (Schnuppertauchen) through PADI Open Water Diver, Advanced Open Water, Nitrox and up to Divemaster, with regular scheduled pool sessions and course dates. The center also has a well-equipped technical workshop offering cylinder inspection and refilling, regulator servicing, valve and BCD repairs, dive computer battery replacement and full equipment rental, plus an active dive club with excursions and a members' magazine.
