Four Seasons Maldives Private Island at Voavah is an exclusive-use, seven-bedroom hideaway in the Baa Atoll UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, booked whole by a single group of up to 21-22 guests. The island runs its own PADI Five-Star Dive Centre, offering diving with turtles, sharks and rays and courses ranging from Enriched Air Nitrox to Underwater Photography. Dive sites nearby include captivating thilas (underwater pinnacles), channels, coral-filled overhangs and wrecks. Guests can also take the island's own 19-metre yacht to explore further afield: sharks and turtles at Baathala to the north, or manta rays at Hanifaru Bay to the south, part of the Baa Atoll's UNESCO Biosphere Reserve waters.
