Forster Dive Centre

About

Forster Dive Centre is based at 30 Manning Lane, Tuncurry, on the NSW mid-north coast, diving the Forster and Seal Rocks marine park - home to one of the largest aggregations of grey nurse sharks on Australia's east coast. As a 100% PADI AWARE Partner, the centre donates to ocean conservation for every certification issued and runs Dive Against Debris clean-up dives alongside its regular trips. The team teaches the full PADI pathway, from Discover Scuba Diving and Bubble Maker for newcomers through Open Water, Advanced Open Water, Rescue Diver and Divemaster, plus a wide range of specialty courses including Enriched Air, Deep Diver, Night Diver, Drift Diver, Drysuit Diver, Sidemount Diver and AWARE Shark Conservation. Courses can be started with PADI eLearning at home before practical training in Forster, and gear hire is included. Beyond courses, the centre runs single and double boat dives, shore dives, whale watching, snorkelling tours and equipment rental, and caters for divers with disabilities. For travelling divers, Forster Dive Centre also organises group trips further afield, including the SS President Coolidge wreck in Vanuatu, Salaya Beach in the Philippines, and future expeditions to the Solomon Islands and New Caledonia.
