FIFTY56SIX (Fifty Six Dive) is a boutique PADI dive centre right on Sairee Beach, Koh Tao, Thailand, with a distinctive bright, minimalist look compared to most island dive shops. They cap group sizes at 4 divers per instructor across all courses and fun-diving trips, don't mix certification levels within a group, and skip the common 45-minute dive-time cap, letting divers stay down as long as air allows. The center covers the full PADI ladder from Discover Scuba Diving through Open Water, Advanced Open Water (including a night dive and a visit to the HTMS Sattakut wreck), Rescue Diver, specialty courses (Deep, Wreck, Enriched Air Nitrox) and professional-level Divemaster and Instructor internships. Daily fun-diving trips run twice a day to around 30 sites within 40 minutes of Sairee Beach, with free pier pickup, full equipment rental, complimentary drinks on the boat, and free scuba insurance included in the price. Instructors are rated Master Scuba Diver Trainer or above.
