E.B. Cousto Dive Center — full Turkish name Ege Barakuda Cousto Dalış ve Cankurtaran Merkezi (Aegean Barracuda Cousto Diving and Lifeguard Center) — is based in Çeşme on Turkey's Aegean coast. The center invites divers to explore the underwater landscapes and history around Çeşme, one of the region's most storied diving areas. It trains divers under PADI, SSI (Scuba Schools International) and the Turkish federation TSSF/CMAS, with courses ranging from first steps through specialty training — first aid, deep diving, night diving, navigation, underwater photography/videography and equipment care among them. The center also runs a professional lifeguard (cankurtaran) training and certification programme recognised by the International Life Saving Federation (ILS), preparing candidates for lifeguard duty on Turkish beaches.
