Diwa Dominicana is a five-star PADI dive center on the Dominican Republic's northern coast, based near Puerto Plata and Sosua Bay. The English, Spanish and Danish speaking team keeps groups small (up to 8 divers per boat) and runs trips to more than 16 local sites, including the Zingara wreck (28-36m) and Three Rocks reef (10-20m) near Sosua, plus excursions further afield to Dudu Lake and other spots along the northern coast. The center offers the full range of PADI training, from Discover Scuba Diving through Divemaster, uses well-maintained equipment including nitrox, and includes complimentary local hotel transportation with its dive charters and courses.
