Diving Supplyer SMILE is a PADI dive resort in Tsuji, Naha City, Okinawa, founded in 2002 (incorporated as SMILE Co., Ltd. in October 2003) and run by representative Hiroyuki Takeda. The shop specialises in license certification with small groups (max 4 people per course) and says it has issued more than 13,000 PADI C-cards. It operates its own dive boat, 'SMILY', and runs fun-diving and trial-diving trips to sites around the main island (Naha Seaside Park/Ounejima, Cape Maeda/Yamada, Itoman/Chebishi, the Kerama Islands, Ie-jima/Minna-jima, Emmons Reef/Kouri-jima, Manza, Agunijima/Tonakijima) as well as whale-swim tours in season. It holds PADI Dive Resort status (since 2005), PADI Gold Palm (2010) and PADI IDC Center (2011) status, and describes itself as the sole SCUBAPRO Platinum Dealer in Okinawa Prefecture (since 2014).
