DiveTime Zanzibar is a PADI dive center open since 2016 in the small fishing village of Kizimkazi on the southern tip of Zanzibar. The team runs daily double dives out to the Menai Bay Conservation Area, an off-the-beaten-path marine reserve with 13 different dive sites ranging from 10 to 35 metres, suitable for both beginners and experienced divers. The center offers PADI courses from Intro to Scuba through the Advanced Open Water Diver course, with e-learning theory available before arrival, and picks up divers from Paje, Jambiani, Bwejuu, Makunduchi and Mtende. Water temperatures stay between 25 and 30 degrees year-round, and the area also sees seasonal humpback whales, bottlenose dolphins and giant clams.
