Divenet Philippines is a PADI 5 Star IDC dive center established in 1989 and based in Quezon City, Metro Manila. It is run by PADI Course Director Hernel Castillo, a scuba instructor since 1989, together with PADI IDC Staff Instructor Joy Cubelo-Castillo, an instructor since 1993. The school teaches the full PADI range, from Bubblemaker and Seal Team for kids through Open Water, Advanced Open Water and Rescue Diver, specialty courses (Deep, Drift, Enriched Air/Nitrox, Night, Peak Performance Buoyancy, Search & Recovery, Underwater Navigator, Underwater Videographer), and the full PADI Pro track up to Divemaster, Open Water Scuba Instructor, Master Scuba Diver Trainer and Master Instructor. Beyond training, Divenet runs weekend fun-dive trips to Anilao in Batangas, about 2.5 hours from Manila, known for macro life and around 35 dive sites for all levels, plus organized trips to Palau and a Tubbataha liveaboard tour.
