Diveline Scuba Centre is a PADI 5 Star Instructor Development Centre in Frankston, on the doorstep of Melbourne's Port Phillip Bay. The centre teaches the full PADI range, from Discover Scuba and Open Water through Rescue, specialties, Tec 40-50 and instructor level, and runs a hands-on marine science program for young divers. A fully stocked shop covers scuba, snorkelling, spearfishing and photography gear, with equipment servicing and cylinder testing in-house.
