Deep Blue Divers is the PADI 5-Star dive centre owned and operated directly by Six Senses Laamu, on Olhuveli Island in Laamu Atoll. The resort's own experience page describes it as the only dive resort in the whole of Laamu Atoll, so guests dive sites largely undisturbed by other operators - including the sloping house reef with three pinnacles just offshore, home to resident green turtles and reef fish, which the centre uses for beginner dives. The multilingual instructor team teaches the full PADI course ladder from Discover Scuba Diving through Rescue Diver, plus junior programmes (Bubblemaker, PADI Seal Team) and specialty courses including a Manta Trust specialty and a Maldivian shark-and-ray course, alongside year-round manta encounters at Hithadhoo Corner, night dives, blackwater dives and diver-propulsion-vehicle trips. The centre holds a PADI Green Star Award (received within its first month of operation), is Green Fins certified and describes itself as 100% AWARE via Project AWARE, and states a guide-to-guest ratio capped at 6:1 (typically 4:1 or fewer).
