CTdiver (Ruiyi Diving Co.) is a PADI 5 Star Eco Center based in Kenting, Hengchun, Pingtung, Taiwan, and a multi-year TripAdvisor Travelers' Choice dive center. It is a Green Fins member and an authorized Bare drysuit dealer. The shop keeps a small-group teaching philosophy with an instructor-to-student ratio of up to 1:2 and emphasizes buoyancy-control technique so divers can enjoy the reef responsibly. Courses run from Discover Scuba Diving and Open Water through Advanced Open Water, Rescue Diver, a wide range of specialties (Nitrox, Deep, Night, Sidemount, DPV, Drysuit, Peak Performance Buoyancy, Underwater Photographer, AWARE), Divemaster and PADI Instructor Development (IDC), taught in part by the region's only female Course Director. Fun dive trips for certified divers are offered as shore or boat packages including tanks, guide, insurance and transport from the shop to the dive site, with night dives and DPV (scooter) dives also available. On-site accommodation includes double rooms and dorm/backpacker rooms, and the shop sells and services diving equipment from brands including Bare, TUSA, ScubaPro, Suunto, IST and Aqualung.
