Cortex Freediving is a Molchanovs and AIDA school based in Phuket, with sister centres in Krabi and Koh Lipe. Founded in 2018 by Ruddy and Sylvain, who started out in Corfu before pioneering freediving across southern Thailand, the school keeps groups small, with three to four students per instructor, and runs its sessions from private boats. Courses go from a half-day Discover through Beginner, Advanced and Master levels, with instructor training also available. The school is licensed by the Tourism Authority of Thailand (No. 34/03632).
