Centrum Nurkowe Buddy is a PADI 5-star Development Center (No. 32442) that has been training divers in Warsaw since 2002, and is notable for owning its own dedicated training pool rather than renting time at a public swimming facility, which lets students take as long as they need on pool skills before moving to open water. The school runs the full recreational PADI ladder (Open Water Diver, including a dry-suit variant, Advanced Open Water, Rescue Diver), technical diving, specialty courses, first-aid training and children's diving programmes (Bubblemaker and a weekly kids' club for ages 8+), with lectures offered in Polish, English and Russian. Buddy is also the only centre in Warsaw offering PADI Instructor Development Courses, training run personally by instructor trainer Piotr Kędzia, and some of its graduates go on to work at the home centre or partner dive bases abroad. Alongside training, the club organises liveaboard-style safari trips to reefs and wreck sites, and runs a dive equipment shop and rental service on-site in Warsaw.
