Buceo Anilao Beach & Dive Resort sits on the shore of San Teodoro, Mabini, in Batangas, right in the heart of the Coral Triangle. The resort has 23 rooms across Sea View Deluxe Cabanas, Sea View Superior Rooms and Standard Rooms, plus an infinity pool and a hilltop Sanctuary with panoramic views and massage sessions. Its full PADI dive center runs traditional Filipino bangka boats out to more than 50 dive sites known worldwide for macro and muck diving - the area is often called the nudibranch capital of the world, with over 600 nudibranch species, pygmy seahorses, frogfish, blue-ringed octopus and flamboyant cuttlefish. Divers get brand-new equipment, nitrox and air fills, a training pool, and a dedicated camera room with 18 individual workstations, lockers and rinse tubs for underwater photographers. The resort also runs blackwater night dives and weekly trips to Verde Island. Water temperature ranges from 24-28C in the cooler months to 27-29C from June to November.
